Private BlackBox LLC is seeking founding members to continue packaging a fully turnkey blackbox trading E-mini S&P 500 futures or ETF’s based on monitoring the underlying stocks (500), in order to gain an edge in the future direction and momentum of the Index for day trading. Since the technical condition, momentum, and force of the 500 stocks that comprise the E-mini S&P 500 Index ultimately define the overall direction and force of the E-mini, Private Blackbox LLC is focusing on the stocks instead of the index. The final product? A turnkey blackbox system used exclusively by members of this company. The software we create will not be available to the public or sold to third parties.

The corporation is looking for 10-20 founding members to join the existing four members, with the goal of completing the research, development, and implementation of a turnkey blackbox system for trading the E-mini S&P 500 Index based on these principals of monitoring the underlying securites and gaining an edge.
