The original idea was developed back 1970's and parts tested on Purdue University IBM mainframes winning a state wide science fair in Indiana, but it was determined that software and servers would cost
too much. Over the years work continued in tandem with live trading experiments. Over this time period over $100,000 was invested to continue the work by investors who remain as members
today.
In 2008 the company (not formed as a corporation yet) had a breakthrough. Procedures used to make AuctionFloor connect to eBayLive's servers were used to save millions of dollars - accessing the tick
by tick data on the 500 stocks in the S&P 500 index and allowing us to run algorithms of pattern recognition on them in real time. The results of initial tests created 2 new indicators which demonstrate we
are on the right path.
The mission is to develop algorithms (pattern recognition, program trading, + more which are secret) and run these formulas against each stock in the S&P 500 in real time to determine the trend & force of the future movement
of the S&P e-mini futures contract with a 90% accuracy. The objective is to do this within 1 year. The final program, after testing will be given to members of Private Black Box LLC so they can trade
contracts or stock ETF's (SSO, SDS) and earn unlimited profits with lower risks. Since all markets are dynamic, the company will continue to work beyond the 1 year to develop and fine tune as the markets change.
Our system will not be for sale to the public and block size in trading will be restricted to protect the system.
Most experts on Wall Street today sell systems to the public or sell seminars and advice -- but the private black box systems which really work - are never for sale at any price. The key to the system is
to use extremely advanced pattern recognition algorithms on all the stocks in the S&P 500 to determine the direction and strength of the index, this includes analysis of program trading since programs
now exceed 50% of the volume on the exchange. The future - other indexes like the DAX and others in Hong Kong and other emerging markets.

1981. Spent a lifetime +35 years developing real time software systems for Wall Street, Live Auctions projects. Co-Founder of the public company AuctionFloor Inc., created their technology and authored all of their algorithms and patents.
AuctionFloor is currently working with companies like eBayLive, AuctionZip to develop real time online platforms for live auctioneers worldwide. Since 1973 Michael has worked with teams of programers from all over the world
to develop real time software solutions. The logic for the Black Box project was developed back in 1973, but technology costs and speed were not available until now to move forward with the project.
Michael's role will be to design, develop, program and test the black box indicators working with dozens of programers from New York and overseas. Michael will also manage all the technical issues
which will ultimately produce the final product; a turnkey black box system which will have a 90% accuracy for day traders (when completed). Already, several indicators are already in testing mode, financed from current members. Michael will work
as an employee of CBTechlive Inc which is the official member and co-founder of Private Black Box LLC. Michael is under a 10 year contract with CBTechlive Inc as IT Director and helped them to found CatBecca
Auctions (sold in 2005), CBTechnologies Inc. (now AuctionFloor), Estate Road Show and Blue Feather Publishing. CBTechlive Inc. will invoice the company for all work performed by Michael Whelchel and IT teams they have under contract.
Chris McGuinn
CFO, Investment Contact: located in Phoenix AZ. McGuinn has established himself as a successful entrepreneur and consultant to Fortune 500 & 1000 companies. As a consultant, he worked for
Accenture, formerly Anderson Consulting before going independent in 2004. He has provided strategic guidance to many sectors including Government, Financial Services, Metals & Mining, and Retail, working on projects
ranging up to 1B in size and scope. Mr. McGuinn co-founded CBTechnologies Inc.,a software company, and took it public in 2006 (AuctionFloor Inc.). He has held numerous management positions including Chief Financial Officer
and Chief Operating Officer, currently COO of the public company Medistem. His education includes 2 Bachelor's degrees and an MBA from Arizona State University.
Chris will focus on the business and accounting structure for Private Black Box LLC and manage the capital raise. He will serve as the CFO and COO of the company managing the money and directing the use of proceeds.

AuctionFloor Inc. He was previously in the insurance industry, where he served as President of Professionals Investors Insurance Group, a publicly traded insurance holding company. There, he managed over 2800 employees as well as overseeing all aspects of the company's growth
and profitability. Andy is a world traveler, financier and experienced with all aspects of capital raising.
James Thomas
Founding Member, Investor lives in California, James has over 20 years experience in investments including commodities, futures, options, real estate, coins and precious metals. For the past several years his primary focus has been on system development for trading index futures, and has developed a unique method based on price action combined with critical reversal and support levels tied to market volatility.
